To enrol your child, please follow the procedure outlined below. While we cannot guarantee a spot, your child will be placed on our waitlist:

• Submit the required information on our request a facility tour webform and await a response from our administrative team.
• Upon confirmation with receipt and verification of space, you will be sent an enrolment package for which additional information is required, including: medical history, up-to-date immunization records, emergency contact information, authorized pickup, etc.

We have selected uniform items available for pre-order through our administration office or during the pop-up shop held alongside our distributor in mid-summer. Sizes will be available to try on for fit as needed. We recognize the inherent benefit of a school uniform for all ages as it demonstrates cohesion, equality, group identity, safety, practicality, and professionalism.

Uniform pre-sales will take place alongside student enrolment over the summer - with a collection day scheduled for August. Upon confirmation of enrolment, we will attach a uniform price list / order sheet. Our uniform selection includes:

• Boys tartan shorts
• Crested mock-fly pants
• Crested short-sleeve polo
• Crested long-sleeve polo
• Crested full-sleeve cardigan
• Crested sleeveless vest
• Girls tartan tunic
• Girls tartan skirt
• Girls pantyhose
• Dress socks and knee highs / hosiery should be navy in colour - may be sourced independently
• Black dress shoes - may be sourced independently
• Outdoor shoes - may be sourced independently

Children six and under will be required to purchase the crested uniform school bag, which has been designed specifically to create ease of carrying / wearing.

We strive to adhere to a disciplined pick-up / drop-off policy. Unless an arrangement is made prior, students are to arrive at school between 8:30 am - 9:00 am. The typical departure window following core academic programming is from 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm. If a student needs to leave the premises outside these hours, please notify the Supervisor / Director in advance.

It is important to note, pick-up and drop-off between 11:00 am - 2:00 pm are strongly discouraged and reserved for emergency purposes only. If you must take your child midday, we ask that you do so with clearance from the Supervisor / Director.
